The Youth Business Grant Program (YBGP), a summer program that encourages young people to open and run their own business is gearing up for 2008.
Applicants from Los Alamos, Jemez Springs and Espanola are encouraged to apply for business grants of up to $200.

The goal of the program is to help young entrepreneurs learn about the day-to-day responsibilities and the advantages and disadvantages of operating a business.
More than 200 summer businesses have received grants of up to $200 since the first youth business opened in 1985.
So, whether you're interested in being a disc jockey or a software developer, this program is for YOU!
